Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy in respect to the following conditions:

The item/s must be in the same condition you received it. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, with tags and in its original packaging. The return/exchange is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request. You will also need to provide your order number.  To ask for a return or exchange, please contact our support info@alfaathleisure.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do I pay for my own return/exchange postage? 

Sadly, customers are required to cover their return & exchange postage. ALFA offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). 

All returns can be sent to our Returns Warehouse based in Hong Kong that will be provided to you when you reach out to us. 

Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. 

Incorrect address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.

Return to sender 

If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange redelivery when we receive it. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for a return to sender parcel.

How does your Pre-order work? 

Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated shipping date will be listed in the check out page. Customers will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped. Please note that pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
