All orders process & ship within 3-4 business days after being placed. Domestic orders are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days after your order is shipped. International orders are expected to arrive 7-14 business days after your order has been shipped. Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a link to track your order and another email once it ships. We do not offer tracking information for international orders at the moment.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Please note that your order ships from HK and may be subject to additional custom fees upon delivery. While we try out very best to keep international shipping costs low, your country's import fees are out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.


Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify us asap by emailing or fill out the form at the Contact Us page. We'll review all cases and will do our best to send out a replacement order or issue a store credit.
